If you commission me you are agreeing to my terms of service.

This is a safe space- I will not tolerate Homophobia, Racism, or being rude in general.

• REFUNDS:

If I have not started on your piece and either of us cancel then you will receive a full refund.

If I have started on your piece and I cancel, you receive a full refund.

If I have started on your piece and you cancel, you receive a 50% refund.

If I have started on your piece and either of us cancel after 50% is completed then your already existing refund has 20% removed.

PAYMENT METHODS:

All payments are though ? in USD($)

Payments in full are given priority.

Plan 1:

Pay the full amount upfront.

Plan 2: 

Pay half the amount upfront. When you are satisfied with the finished piece you pay the other half and I send the piece to you.

I will not start your piece until I receive your payment.

I do not work with deadlines unless discussed beforehand, this includes fees depending on the deadline.

RIGHTS:

I own the right to post the finished piece on social media and add it to my portfolio. If you want it to be private please let me know beforehand.

If you do not opt out of it I may create your piece on stream. Please let me know if you do not wish for this. (I will link you in the bio.) I will always ask before I start working on the piece.

I own the right to own the content on creating the finished piece. 

Commissioned pieces are all for personal use. Commissioned prices may be 2x or more. Fill out the form on the general Commissions page if you have questions.

Modifications of the art after you receive it is not allowed unless you communicate with me first.

I own the rights to cancel the commission and refund your money up to the percent agreed on at anytime. 

You have the rights to cancel the commission and be refunded your money up to the percent agreed on anytime.

REVISIONS:

I am open to small revisions. If the revision is too big or unreasonable I may not accept them or there will be a fee.

ex. Changing the shape of a line to exact pixels.

Please don't be afraid of asking for changes, I will let you know if I think they are too large or not. I am always open to questions.

Please bring references and requests that are clear.

LOGOS/MODELS:

Each piece that is a model or logo has in-built commercial fees. This excludes brainstorming.

Each piece is created on the pxl size that you tell me. When replying to the form please let me know what software you are using and pxl size.

The commercial fees include promotion on social media and profits from the design. This does not include however 

DELIVERY TIME:

Finishing the commission depends on they type, and complexity of each piece.

Generally the delivery time is from 1 week to 1 month. 

I will give you an estimation of the time it will take when you commission me.

COPYRIGHT:

You are not allowed to sell the piece as merchandise without it being discussed with me beforehand. Do not credit the art as yours,  please credit me. ex.(Twitter: @BealPhrog

If you fail to follow these terms then you will be blacklisted.
